27 years crafting my trade. 8 of which as a custom home builder.

What do you do at twenty20 & Co.?

As lead inspector, I communicate between our clients, agents, & our team to make sure that each & every one of them gets the results they need.

Pepsi or Coke?

Coke is where I draw the line.......

What are the values that drive you?

I believe in commitment, creativity, & reliability. I recently had a client say: "I didn't know what to expect, but you exceeded my expectation" - which nicely sums up what we strive for with every inspection.

Outside of work you can usually find me...

Developing our software or hang'n with the highlight of my life. My little girl.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is...

Never jump over a dollar to pick up a dime & treat peoples stuff like it was yours.

What's the most inspiring part of your work?

Being able to learn new technologies & techniques. The construction industry is constantly changing & it really encourages constant growth for anybody involved in real estate.

What's the one thing you would most like to do for your clients?

Give them confidence that they are in good hands.
